ARSL is committed to protecting the privacy of authors. In accordance with ARSL’s privacy policy, authors can be assured that their privacy will be safeguarded when collaborating with ARSL.
1. Personal Information
ARSL collects personal information when users register on the journal website (e.g., as an author), when the editorial office assists users with registration (e.g., as a reviewer), or when users communicate with ARSL or subscribe to ARSL notifications. Such information includes name, title, affiliation, country/region, and email address, which are deemed confidential and used solely for manuscript processing-related activities. ARSL will not disclose any personal information to third parties. This policy also applies to the information of co-authors of manuscripts.
When users access the ARSL website, ARSL also collects additional information, such as log data, device information, IP addresses, access times, and visitor interactions. This data is used to optimize ARSL’s services, collect article statistics, and promote the ARSL website.
Registered users may access their accounts or correct their personal information. They also have the right to request the Academic Research Services LLC (ARSL) Consumer Protection Association to delete their personal information.
