Administrative Sciences Research (ASR) has created a new section titled Administrative Reflections as a bold initiative.
The Administrative Reflections section welcomes thoughtful, practice-based narratives and insights exploring real-world public administration experiences, organizational change, and institutional reform. Although these pieces may not follow traditional academic formats or theories, they should contribute meaningfully to understanding administrative practice, particularly in diverse and underrepresented contexts.
We suggest a set of guidelines to assist authors and reviewers for this section.
