Article Processing Charges (APCs)

The Academic Research Services LLC (ARSL) adopts an open-access publishing model. Open access enables immediate, free online access to and download of articles upon publication. ARSL charges authors an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover operational costs, such as those incurred during the review and publication processes. The APC shall be paid after the article is accepted and before publication.

For detailed information regarding Article Processing Charges (APC), authors should refer to the specific journal to which they intend to submit their manuscript.

Waiver and Discount Policy

ARSL believes that knowledge dissemination should not face any barriers and therefore offers APC waivers and discounts for authors from low-income countries and those with special circumstances. Authors should send a letter to the editorial office of the relevant journal to apply for a waiver or discount. The editorial office will decide on such applications on a case-by-case basis.
